Melissa Proles started the consultancy at the beginning of 2006 after a very successful career within the Human Resources and Development arena for over 10 years. Melissa worked for a range of organisations at a senior level before realising a gap in the market in affordable HR and Training provision for the SME market-place.

With HR being high on most organisations agenda and directors realising the value having a strategic HR service in place can add. Melissa set to work on constructing a service that would meet the needs of such clients yet is realistically priced.

Her aim was to be able to provide a fully rounded HR Director service without the associated overhead and long term financial commitment.
